Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened and in resale condition (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs incurred.
Damaged/Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will refund the cost of the order including postage costs (and postage costs of returning the item(s) to us.
We check all items returned and if they are not found to be damaged/defective, or have been deliberately damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and claim any relevant expenses from you.
We retain proof of postage. If your order does not arrive within 28 days, please contact us to investigate. We will issue a replacement order if your order has been lost in post. |
