An impossible transposition which occurs IN THE SPECTATORS HANDS! Any card is selected from a deck, signed, and sandwiched between two kings. These three cards are placed on the spectator’s hand. The magician removes a Joker from his pocket and explains that if any of the other cards are defective, you can send them off with the joker and have them replaced. But what if the joker itself was defective? The performer places a fold through the centre of the Joker and then staples the crease in place. This stapled guarantee joker is placed on the spectators other hand… the magician clicks his fingers. The performer spreads through the three cards and finds the card sandwiched in the middle is now the joker! This can only mean one thing… now folded, and stapled in the spectators other hand is their signed and selected playing card!
