Wizard points are our way of paying you back for being a loyal customer. The more you spend and help Wizmo Magic, the more points we give you! Simple!
These points can then be redeemed during checkout to give you discount on purchases.

How do I collect Wizard points, and how many do I get?
You will be given 50 points just for creating an account with Wizmo Magic. After that, you can earn...
- 5 Points for each £1 you spend
- 75 Points if your friend enters your email address when they checkout
- 25 Points for each product review you write
- 150 Points if you suggest a new feature for our site and it is implemented
- 50 Points for finding bugs in our website which are verified
- 25 Points for a customer testimonial

How do I redeem Wizard points?
Redeeming your Wizard Points couldn't be easier. During checkout you will be given the option to use your Wizard points to pay for some or all of the order total.

How much are Wizard points worth?
100 Wizard points are worth exactly £0.50.

Do I have to collect a certain amount of points before I can redeem them?
Yes, but it's only 100 Wizard points. So as soon as you have saved just 100 Wizard points, you can use them to get discounts.

Is there a minimum order value to be awarded Wizard points?
No, you will be given Wizard points on all orders, no matter how small.

Is there a minimum order value when redeeming Wizard points?
Yes, you can only use Wizard points to pay for orders worth a total of £5.00 or over. (excluding P&P)

How many Wizard points can I use on one order?
You can redeem up to 2500 Wizard points on a single order.

Can Wizard points be used to buy products already on special offer?
Yes! Even products already discounted can be discounted further using Wizard points.

Can Wizard points be used on instant downloads?
Yes! You can use Wizard points to pay for all of our products, including instant downloads.

Can Wizard points be combined with another payment method?
Yes, you can pay for an order partly with Wizard points and partly with one of our other accepted payment methods.

Will my Wizard points ever expire if I don't use them?
Your Wizard points will stay valid for 12 months before finally expiring. You will receive a warning email 30 days before they are due to expire.

Why doesn't the Wizard points selection box show when I checkout?
Remember, your order must be at least £5.00 (excluding P&P) for you to be able to use Wizard points towards the total.
You must also save up at least 100 Wizard points before you can redeem them.
