iPhone Magic, Zero Gravity, Uncovered, Shimmed Card 2.0…

We’ve just got some excellent new products in at Wizmo Magic.

First up, Magic with the iPhone. This DVD and CD-ROM allows you to perform a load of cool magic tricks with your iPhone or iPod touch. What a nifty idea. There’s loads of videos of iPhone magic on YouTube, which I thought looked cool, so I had to get this product in! We have a demo video of some of the tricks on the DVD, I strongly suggest you check it out.

Zero Gravity by Jay Sankey. When I first saw this trick being performed I instantly though there was a ruler or something in the banknote. When the magician then showed the banknote to be empty I was impressed. I reckon this trick would be perfect for a bar or club, as you don’t need to say much when performing. Plus people can see the magic happening from a distance.

Uncovered is a good solid DVD, packed full of card tricks and routines. This is what I go for. Good solid value for money. People can build an entire repertoire from such DVDs. If you only want to buy a single product, then this is the best way to make your money go a long way.

Shimmed Card 2.0 is like our other shimmed cards. Only thinner. In fact, it is about as thin as a standar playing card. This means that you can perform a magic trick and force the shimmed card on the spectator. They can handle it like any other card and they won’t notice a thing. Some ideas for tricks are suggested on the product page. I’m sure you could think of a few yourself. One Idea I had was to plant a nedym magnet in a curtain then throw the deck of cards at the curtain. They would all fall to the floor, leaving their selected card stuck! Or you could place all the cards on a table and ask the spectator to mix then up. You could wave your hand over them and find their card. (Wearing a Vortex PK Ring, so you feel it ‘pull’ when your hand is ver their card). There’s just so much you can do!

We’ve also got green D’Lites, if the reds and blues just aren’t doing it for you.
