On the 6th of June, 2008 Wizmo Magic hired it’s latest recruit. Please welcome Ryan Kibble, weighing in at 6 pounds 14 ounces! He is healthy and him and his mother are doing well.
New Premises in the Pipeline!

Wizmo Magic has been trading online for over two years now and we have outgrown our premises.
On June 2nd we will be moving to a larger, better equipped office/warehouse. This will give us more freedom to expand and should keep order handling and dispatch nice and efficient.
This move should not affect our fast dispatch times at all. We have backup systems in place to cover any downtime so don’t worry if you’re thinking of purchasing any magic tricks during that week.
We will be sure to let you know how the move goes after June 2nd.

We’ve just added a handful of new products to Wizmo Magic.
First up, the infamous Interlace by Richard Sanders. Check out the demo of this trick. The effect is visually stunning. A BORROWED ring vanished from the magicians hand and appears on his shoelace. No switches etc. This trick isn’t cheap, but it is worth every penny for the reputation it gives you. This is no quick card trick, but something that will stick in peoples minds for the rest of their lives.
The Real Floating Card. You may have seen similar routines to this before. Well, this one achieves pretty much the same thing. A playing card levitates from the top of the deck, right under peoples noses. It’s also angle proof. You may have seen similar stuff before, but do not underestimate miracles like this. In the spectators mind, they just saw the impossible happen. That’s pretty profound.
We’ve also added Easy to Master Thread Miracles vol. 3 by Michael Ammar. This continues the ultimate invisible thread DVD series. If you like invisible thread, then buy these DVDs!
A few extras are now in stock such as kevlar invisible thread. Kevlar invisible thread is stronger than standard invisible thread, so you don’t have to worry about it breaking on you.

We’ve just got some excellent new products in at Wizmo Magic.
First up, Magic with the iPhone. This DVD and CD-ROM allows you to perform a load of cool magic tricks with your iPhone or iPod touch. What a nifty idea. There’s loads of videos of iPhone magic on YouTube, which I thought looked cool, so I had to get this product in! We have a demo video of some of the tricks on the DVD, I strongly suggest you check it out.
Zero Gravity by Jay Sankey. When I first saw this trick being performed I instantly though there was a ruler or something in the banknote. When the magician then showed the banknote to be empty I was impressed. I reckon this trick would be perfect for a bar or club, as you don’t need to say much when performing. Plus people can see the magic happening from a distance.
Uncovered is a good solid DVD, packed full of card tricks and routines. This is what I go for. Good solid value for money. People can build an entire repertoire from such DVDs. If you only want to buy a single product, then this is the best way to make your money go a long way.
Shimmed Card 2.0 is like our other shimmed cards. Only thinner. In fact, it is about as thin as a standar playing card. This means that you can perform a magic trick and force the shimmed card on the spectator. They can handle it like any other card and they won’t notice a thing. Some ideas for tricks are suggested on the product page. I’m sure you could think of a few yourself. One Idea I had was to plant a nedym magnet in a curtain then throw the deck of cards at the curtain. They would all fall to the floor, leaving their selected card stuck! Or you could place all the cards on a table and ask the spectator to mix then up. You could wave your hand over them and find their card. (Wearing a Vortex PK Ring, so you feel it ‘pull’ when your hand is ver their card). There’s just so much you can do!
We’ve also got green D’Lites, if the reds and blues just aren’t doing it for you.
The huge success of our Balancing/Spinning coins trick has lead us to stock a euro version too, so all you europeans can use this cool trick too!

Wizmo Magic has been running for nearly two years and we thought it about time to start our own blog.
We have toyed for the idea for a while but we’ve been so busy expanding the main magic shop that we just haven’t had the time. But now, to quench your unsatisfiable urges for magic news and info, here is our very own magic blog.
The moment we release magic tricks, start sales and implement features, we’ll keep you informed here.
